Los Angeles is one of the most exciting cities in the world, there is always something to do. It’s not uncommon though, for us locals to forget about all the incredible activities and opportunities we have here.

We don’t want you to forget that we live in an amazing place that has an overwhelming amount of things to offer. If you’re racking your brain for something to do this Fall, we’ve got you covered. Here are 5 LA activities you might not have done yet or should revisit this Fall.

See a Movie in the Cemetery

The Hollywood Forever Cemetery is one of the oldest cemeteries in Los Angeles and it’s the resting place of many celebrities who’ve passed. Come Summer and Fall, the cemetery plays host to some incredible classic movies and of course, as Halloween approaches, classic horror films.

Get your tickets early as the showings tend to sell out!

Go on an Urban Art Tour

Los Angeles is home to some incredible street art. If you do some research and keep your eyes peeled, you’re sure to run into some great work by the likes Banksy or JR. Take a day and go searching for JR’s The Wrinkles of The City project. You won’t be disappointed.

Street artists have truly made their mark in Los Angeles and it’s pretty incredible that we can walk out our front doors and stumble upon some awesome street art.

Hike up the secret Hollywood sign stairs

If you’ve not seen the Hollywood sign up close and personal, that’s probably because it’s very difficult to get to. What you may not know is that this part of LA has some hidden staircases that lead up to the sign. If you’re planning a long hike, why not take the stairs? The Beachwood Canyon stairs are open to the public and will lead you up to some great views. Check out the locations of the stairs HERE!

Do your research and make sure to bring some water with you, it’s quite the trek!

Visit the Bailey House

Located off of Wonderland Park Ave just north of West Hollywood, a visit to the Bailey House is well worth it. Even if you’re not very much into architecture, this case study house is worth seeing. The home is basically steel, glass, and water with fountains and moat-like pools around it. The house was part of a 36-plan case study by Pierre Koenig. You can visit this impressive building which was registered as one of LA’s historic-cultural monuments for free!

Get some Seafood and an Awesome View

Neptune’s Net is just off PCH in Malibu and the views and food are the reasons to experience this gem. If you’re planning on hitting Matador beach or going on a scenic drive up PCH, don’t pass up your chance to stop off at Neptune’s Net for some fish and chips or a lobster boil. Excuse us while we go get some lunch.
