At Camino, we care about your safety and want to inform our members of the precautions we are taking during the COVID-19 outbreak.
It is our top priority to protect you and your finances during the rapidly evolving coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. We are closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) in order to provide our members with information. Locally, we are also monitoring state and local health organizations and will follow appropriate government guidance.
To help our members and our staff, we have taken more precautions and are offering a variety of services:
Extra Cleanliness
Our maintenance personnel has taken additional precautions when it comes to the cleanliness of the branch. We consistently clean our administrative offices, branches, and operations center thoroughly throughout the day. This includes disinfecting areas such as, but not limited to door handles, keyboards, telephone handsets, chair arms, and desks. Team members have also helped by keeping their desks disinfected and maintaining our clean desk policy, free from excess papers.
Helping Our Team Members
Camino is prepared to work with team members to make reasonable accommodations to help them avoid financial hardship. We are also encouraging employees to maintain a personal distance of at least six feet from other individuals to help promote the health of our members and colleagues. To help our team get through this difficult time, we have also reminded them that our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is always available if they feel any anxiety or other concerns 24/7.
